Job summary

BMD, a leading integrated engineering, construction and urban development business, is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to establish and grow the Group's FP&A and performance reporting capability. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, develop financial models and deliver insights that support strategic decision‑making across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience with multi-entity or project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, performance analysis and planning.
• Build and enhance automated reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks using Power BI and Excel.
• Partner with business leaders to analyse performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver clear financial insights and executive reporting to senior leadership.
• Undertake scenario analysis, business cases and investment evaluations.
• Analyse key financial drivers such as margins, cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure reliable financial reporting through data governance and controls.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to automate reporting and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting.
