Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a head of FP&A to shape long-term financial strategy, performance, and commercial insights within a large, complex organisation. You will report to senior finance leadership and partner with the CFO, Board and executive team to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and insights.

You will drive improvements in planning, reporting, analytics and data capability, building a scalable approach to performance management while leading a four-person finance

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A, strategic planning and performance management leadership in large organisations.
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical capabilities with business impact insight.
• Experience presenting Board and CFO-level reporting with clear commercial narratives.
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience improving planning systems, data architecture, dashboards and reporting processes.
• Proven people leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's financial planning and performance agenda, ensuring strategic priorities translate into meaningful business outcomes.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and support informed decision-making.
• Shape and enhance the way financial and operational performance is measured, communicated and understood across the business.
• Drive greater sophistication in financial planning, reporting and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility and commercial outcomes.
• Partner across the organisation to strengthen financial accountability, influence strategic initiatives and support sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering commercial curiosity, continuous improvement and a strong business partnering mindset.
