Job summary

The FP&A Manager will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive commercial insight across manufacturing operations, procurement and sales. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost modelling and strategic business cases to improve profitability and cash generation.

You will build robust financial models, establish KPI dashboards and provide timely management reporting, while collaborating with Operations and Supply Chain to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CPA with 7+ years FP&A or management accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG/food sector is preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
• Own the rolling forecast and regular reforecasting process.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Establish clear financial drivers and KPIs across revenue, gross margin, manufacturing costs and operating expenses.
• Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities and communicate them proactively to management.
• Prepare long-range financial plans and strategic business cases.
