Job summary

Eureka Group Holdings is seeking a Finance Business Partner to shape budgeting, forecasting and performance insights across villages, parks and the broader business. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will translate numbers into actionable recommendations for operations and sales teams.

This role requires strong financial modelling, Excel and ERP skills, experience with RMS or similar systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or commerce with CA/CPA completed.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling skills including three-way budget/forecast models.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with RMS or a property management system.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proactive follow-up.
• Experience in the property and development industry is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and analytics: delivering monthly reports, performing P&L and capex variance analyses, turning financial reports into insights.
• Business partnering: communicating results to operations, sales and marketing; advising on profitability.
• Budgeting and forecasting: assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting; maintaining the three-way budget model.
• Data integrity & revenue analysis: leading RMS data quality and analyzing revenue across the portfolio.
• Projects: ROI and IRR modelling for development projects and post-acquisition performance.
• Continuous improvement: enhancing management reporting, supporting new finance tools and automation.
