Job summary

hummgroup is a diversified fintech firm in Australia, offering business financing products, credit cards and point-of-sale finance. The FP&A role provides hands-on support across planning, forecasting and reporting, with exposure to investor relations and external market reporting.

The successful candidate will combine strong modelling capability with system awareness, work with TM1, optimize management reporting, and provide decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with TM1 or similar ERP/EBP systems.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech or fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting cycles, budgets, and planning across income and expenses.
• Develop driver-based financial models with clear assumptions and documentation.
• Produce month-end management reporting and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with external TM1 specialists and validate outputs.
• Prepare investor relations materials and external reporting.
