Mane, a well-established services organisation in Sydney, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and analytical activities.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will work with senior finance and operational leaders to provide timely financial insights, assist month-end revenue analysis, and prepare P&L commentary.

The role requires 2–5 years in FP&A or similar, advanced Excel, and experience with planning systems, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, commercial finance or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and planning systems experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support FP&A across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
• Collaborate with senior finance and operational leaders for timely financial information.
• Assist month-end revenue analysis and P&L commentary.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support.
• Assist with annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
• Analyze trends, variances and performance drivers.
• Maintain data in planning and reporting systems.
