Job summary

hummgroup is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management to support strategic and operational finance for its Australian Consumer businesses. You will deliver market, segment and portfolio risk analysis, build commercial financial models, and provide insights to inform executive decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen and the ability to operate independently, driving initiatives and collaborating with senior leaders to optimize margins, NPAT and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Economics.
• CFA/CA/CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years in a similar role in financial services.
• Experience in the financial services industry highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and optimisation.
• Provide FP&A support and business partnering.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and capital allocation.
• Prepare monthly reporting for senior management.
• Partner with treasury for funding structures.
