Job summary

Wedded Wonderland in Sydney is seeking a Social Content Creator / Videographer to ideate, shoot, and edit founder-led content for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels. You will craft content that aligns with brand growth and audience retention.

You'll work closely with the founder to develop hooks, formats, and series ideas, delivering high-retention videos and adaptable formats for multiple organic channels in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of YouTube, TikTok and Reels best practices.
• Ability to create hooks, formats and series ideas for social content.
• Comfortable filming and directing founder-led content and fast-paced shoots.
• Strong editing sense for pacing, captions and retention.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, film, and produce founder-led content with the founder.
• Create short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok and Reels.
• Turn raw ideas into engaging, high-retention videos.
• Develop hooks, recurring formats and content series.
• Film content that feels natural and on-brand for the founder.
• Edit with pacing, storytelling and retention in mind.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, team and brand-building content.
• Support client-side videography and editing when needed.
• Maintain momentum and consistency across content output.
