Job summary

Stake is seeking a Social Video Producer to join the Marketing team in Sydney. You will own end-to-end video production, from concept through final cut, delivering polished content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube.

Expect to shoot and edit your own work with a fast, sharp craft and a strong eye for on-brand storytelling. You’ll shape creative direction, pitch projects, and drive formats, pacing and sound across short and long-form videos.

Qualifications

• Shows strong end-to-end social video production ability.
• Proven editing craft across short and long-form formats.
• Deep knowledge of platform-native video (TikTok, IG, YouTube).
• Ability to pitch and own video concepts and series.

Responsibilities

• Own social video production end to end: concepting, scripting, shooting, directing, editing and finishing
• Produce a consistent volume of high-quality, social-first video for multiple channels
• Pitch and lead your own video projects and series, not just briefs
• Shape creative direction: formats, style, pacing and sound
• Turn real-time market moves into fast, engaging videos
• Run shoots including kit, locations, talent and footage management
• Collaborate with marketing and in-house Create team for compliant content
