St Trinity Property Group in Sydney is seeking a Social Content Creator / Videographer to ideate, plan, film, and produce founder-led content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other organic channels.

You'll transform raw ideas into engaging videos with strong hooks, formats, and series concepts, working closely with the founder in a fast-moving agency environment.

This role emphasizes creative influence, rapid execution, and content that drives brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and Reels with modern formats.
• Ability to craft hooks, formats, and recurring content series.
• Comfortable directing filming and editing with pace and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to ideate, plan, film, and produce content.
• Create short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other organic channels.
• Turn raw ideas into engaging, high-retention videos.
• Develop hooks, recurring formats, and content series.
• Film founder-led content that feels natural and on-brand.
• Edit with strong pacing, captions, and retention in mind.
• Support client-side videography and editing when needed.
• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, and studio equipment.
