You will own the content calendar, shoot and edit Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos, and write captions tailored for corporate and community audiences.

This full-time, in-house role offers hands-on ownership from concept to camera, with on-location shoots across Sydney and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of experience in a content creation, videography, or social media role.
• Proven ability to film, light, and record audio using mobile or mirrorless/DSLR setups.
• Editing for vertical formats with captions, subtitles, and refined sound design.
• Confident copywriting and storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Professional presence when collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the content calendar — plan, storyboard, schedule, and publish across digital channels.
• Capture and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) with sharp hooks.
• Write compelling copy and captions tailored for corporate, community, and lifestyle audiences.
• Direct and coach on-camera talent — from team members to clients.
• Film on location across Sydney — office spaces, project sites, events (approx. 1 day/week).
• Edit efficiently using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut with strong motion and captions.
• Publish, analyse, and optimise content performance based on engagement and data.
• Manage digital assets, approvals, and brand compliance with stakeholders.
• Stay current with social trends and propose fresh content ideas aligned with priorities.
