Job summary

Deputy Usa is seeking a Social Content Creator / Videographer in Sydney. You will ideate, plan, film, and produce videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels, moving quickly while maintaining high quality.

This hybrid role collaborates directly with the founder to craft natural, on-brand founder-led content. Responsibilities include shooting, editing with strong pacing and captions, and supporting production workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Reels for social content.
• Strong editing instincts for pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
• Confident filming and directing in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Work with the founder to ideate, plan, film, and produce content.
• Create short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other channels.
• Turn raw ideas into engaging, high-retention videos.
• Develop hooks, formats, and content series.
