Job summary

Veeore Group Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on, part-time content creator in Melbourne to work with our founder and marketing team to concept, film and edit short-form content for Veeorè. You’ll have our full product range to play with and will help grow both founder and brand content, across organic socials and paid ads on Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll plan and edit content for personal social platforms alongside the founder, so the founder story and brand story grow together.

Qualifications

• Have a portfolio of short form content you’ve planned, shot and edited yourself.
• Confident editing in CapCut or similar apps.
• Strong eye for storytelling, pacing and aesthetics.
• Live on Instagram and TikTok with understanding of platform formats.
• Comfortable on camera and presenting content.
• Love bringing ideas to the table and moving fast to test, learn and refine.
• Curious about numbers and how content performs to inform future work.
• Care about getting the brand right; you’ll represent Veeore with consistency.
• Self-motivated and able to stay organized across many moving parts.
• Reliable—you meet deadlines and follow briefs in a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Short form video: Create Reels, TikToks and ad creative for both paid and organic
• Shooting: Capture product, lifestyle and founder content that looks and feels like Veeorè
• Editing: Turn founder content & raw footage into polished, social first content that feels native to the platform and true to the brand.
• Ad creative: Plan and concept content for our ad account each week, testing new concepts, hooks and text on screen to find what performs
• Trends: Stay across what's trending and bring the ones that suit Veeorè & our founder to life (and skip the ones that don't)
• Fresh ideas: Bring new ideas to the table, regularly.
• Reading the numbers: Track performance and dig into the insights; double down on what's working; use learnings to grow organic socials and sharpen ads
