Job summary

Irongate Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow a warm pipeline in construction tech. Manage existing HubSpot accounts, prospect Tier 1/2 builders, and close high-intent inbound leads with a competitive uncapped commission structure.

You'll visit sites, maintain a fast-paced deal flow, and contribute to a clear path toward Sales Manager as the team scales. Previous construction or high-volume sales experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with builders and site managers.
• Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline and close deals.
• Comfort prospecting net-new business and expanding warm accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an existing HubSpot account base and spot new sites.
• Prospect net-new into Tier 1/2 construction builders and site managers.
• Convert high-intent inbound leads with a strong close rate.
• Qualify and scope deals quickly, typical 15–20 minute conversations.
• Attend site visits to build trust and relationships.
