Job summary

Expert360 is seeking a Sales Specialist / Business Development Representative in Melbourne with flexibility to travel across Australia. You will help build a new Australian sales function and bring a proven construction technology platform to a warm, product-aware market.

You'll partner with Tier 2 construction firms, bridge geospatial data, drone imagery, 3D models and live production data to improve site decisions, while shaping proposals with global colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience growing revenue in SaaS or technology environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in new markets.
• Construction/engineering/industrial experience is valued.
• Ability to communicate credibly with site-based technical teams, project leaders and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong discovery and pipeline management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
• Australian residency or valid Australian work visa with residence in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and develop a high-quality pipeline across warm Tier 2 prospects.
• Run discovery, build commercial relationships and progress opportunities through a repeatable sales process.
• Become a trusted product specialist, connecting technical capability to on-site construction challenges.
• Work closely with sales engineering and wider global colleagues to shape proposals and successful customer outcomes.
• Help establish cadence, processes and collaborative culture of an expanding sales team.
• Represent a team-first approach, prioritising long-term customer partnerships over volume.
