Responsibilities

• Client Discovery & Business Development: Lead discovery sessions with operational owners and sponsors; identify opportunities and shape scopes.
• Rapid Prototyping & Live Delivery: Turn concepts into working software directly within client environments.
• Enterprise Architecture & Build: Hands-on design, configuration, and coding across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agent force using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• System Integration: Architect and deliver integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Commercial & Scope Discipline: Protect margins and engagement boundaries while maintaining client trust.

Role Overview

Innovior is pioneering an agentic delivery model that streamlines the path from initial conversation to live execution. We are looking for a senior-level Salesforce professional who bridges the gap between hands-on technical architecture and commercial client engagement.

In this role, you will be the primary technical presence on client premises - leading discovery workshops, turning ambiguous problem statements into defined solutions, driving pre-sales conversations, and rapidly building production-grade software directly within client platforms. You will work without intermediate layers of business analysts or project managers, taking personal ownership of user adoption, delivery speed, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Discovery & Business Development: Lead interactive discovery and whiteboarding sessions directly with operational owners and executive sponsors; identify commercial expansion opportunities, shape early leads into concrete scopes and conduct technical pre-sales demonstrations.
• Rapid Prototyping & Live Delivery: Convert complex, partially formed client concepts into functional, working software directly within the client environment in short, iterative cycles.
• Enterprise Architecture & Build: Hands-on design, configuration, and coding across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agent force, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flows.
• System Integration: Architect and deliver robust integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (such as MuleSoft) with rigorous attention to data integrity and error handling.
• Commercial & Scope Discipline: Exercise sound commercial judgment to protect project margins and engagement boundaries while maintaining strong client trust and agility.
• AI-Accelerated Engineering: Apply modern AI-assisted engineering workflows (Cursor, Claude, LLMs) to compress delivery timelines and share reusable patterns across the practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior Technical Mastery: Demonstrated track record delivering complex Salesforce solutions in a hands-on technical capacity across Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and Agent force.
• Programmatic & Declarative Proficiency: Deep practical competence in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow design.
• Commercial & Stakeholder Agility: Proven success working directly with client stakeholders at all levels, navigating ambiguous requirements, and leading pre-sales or discovery conversations without intermediary support.
• Enterprise Integration: Solid hands-on knowledge of API integration architectures, middleware connectivity, and asynchronous event processing.
• Autonomy & Delivery Drive: Demonstrated comfort operating independently inside client organisations, maintaining momentum, and taking full ownership from design through to adoption.
• Mobility: Sustained availability to work on client premises in Melbourne or Sydney, including interstate travel when required by project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications, particularly Application Architect, System Architect, or related Consultant credentials.
• Familiarity with AI-augmented software engineering tools and agentic workflows.
• Exposure to Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Public Sector Solutions, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) or Contact Centre/CX architectures.
