Job summary

Slii ck is seeking a fully remote Salesforce Architect based in Australia or the Philippines to lead end‑to‑end delivery and design across client solutions, with hands‑on configuration and AI‑augmented practices.

You will partner with our CTA Founder, shape data models, security and integrations, and mentor a delivery team while driving architectural decisions and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery: Run workshops, map current and future processes, and turn what the business says into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design the solution: Own the data model, security and sharing model, integration approach and the trade-offs between configuration and code.
• Build it: Hands‑on configuration across flows, objects, page layouts, permission sets, reports and dashboards, and anything else the solution needs.
• Lead the delivery team: Lead the consultants and developers on your projects, set the technical direction, and keep the build aligned with the architecture.
• Mentor and grow people: Coach the team, review their work, and help each person build their skills and confidence.
• Deliver with AI: Use AI tools across the delivery lifecycle, and help shape the practices and guardrails that make AI-augmented delivery reliable.
• Be the trusted advisor: Explain technical trade-offs in plain language and help clients make good decisions.

Lead Salesforce delivery end to end: shape the requirements, design the solution, build it yourself and mentor the team, in an AI-augmented way, alongside our CTA Founder.

Delivery Australia or Philippines (Remote) Full-time

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Architect based in Australia or the Philippines. You will work directly with our CTA Founder and take real ownership of how our client solutions are shaped, designed and delivered.

This role combines design and delivery. You might run a discovery workshop with a client, write the resulting user stories, make design decisions on the data model and integrations, and then configure the solution yourself. You are comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams alike. You will also lead the delivery team and mentor the people around you.

Salesforce delivery is changing fast, and we are excited to be part of it. AI is already part of how we analyse requirements, write and review code, test and document. We want someone who shares that excitement and wants to help shape how we use AI in our delivery practice.

What You Will Do

Qualifications

• Full Delivery Experience: You have been involved across every phase of a Salesforce delivery: pre‑sales, discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and support.
• Business Analysis and Solution Architecture: Proven experience in both roles.
• Hands‑On Configuration: Deep, practical skill with declarative Salesforce: Flow, data modelling, security and sharing, and the core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing Salesforce delivery teams, and mentoring consultants and developers to grow their skills.
• Architectural Thinking: A solid grasp of integration patterns, data migration, large data volumes and governor limits, and how they shape a design.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to run a workshop and write clear design documentation.
• Certifications: Salesforce architect or consultant certifications are a plus, but delivery experience matters more.

Preferred: AI Experience

• Practical experience using AI in delivery work, such as generative AI tools, coding assistants or Agentforce.
• A genuine passion for working in an AI-augmented way, and good judgement about where AI output needs human review.

Nice-to-Haves

• App Development: Experience building apps on or off the platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• UX Design: A good eye for user experience and experience with design tools such as Figma.
• Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Adjacent Tech: Python, React, Node.js or other modern languages and frameworks.
