Role Overview

As a Forklift & Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your main responsibilities include:

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts to load, unload, move, and store stock.

• Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, replenish stock, assist with stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory.

• Warehouse Operations: Load and unload containers and trucks, maintain an organised warehouse, and ensure products are stored correctly.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Team Support: Assist with general warehouse duties and work collaboratively to meet daily operational targets.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a current Australian LF Forklift Licence;

• Has proven experience operating high reach forklifts;

• Can safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store stock;

• Has previous warehouse experience, including pick packing, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties;

• Has experience unloading shipping containers and loading/unloading trucks;

• Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has reliable transport;

• Is physically fit and capable of manual handling;

• Has strong attention to detail and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

• Has a strong work ethic, is reliable, punctual, and dependable;

• Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
