Job summary

Diplomatik in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse and dispatch team. You will operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts, load and unload trucks, and prep goods for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid forklift license, strong attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain safety and accuracy. AM/PM shifts available at our Pinkenba site, with a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Day-to-Day

• Start your day with a safety briefing and equipment inspection to ensure forklifts are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and plan day-to-day operations.
• Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, move goods to designated storage areas, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and materials are in good condition.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to meet deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.
• Wrap up your day by updating inventory records, performing a final equipment check, and ensuring your workspace is clean and organized.
