Job summary

Programmed is seeking a reliable forklift operator for a fast-paced Geelong warehouse. This full-time, casual role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm and requires proven forklift experience, a current licence, and a solid commitment to safety and teamwork.

You will move goods safely around the warehouse, load and unload trucks, stack pallets, wrap pallets, and ensure loads are ready for transport while keeping the workspace clean and compliant with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence/cert. Current and valid.
• Experience in warehouse or production.
• Strong WHS understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts to move goods safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Moving palletised goods and materials within the warehouse and storage areas
• Pallet wrapping using an automatic pallet wrapping machine
• Operating walkie stackers where trained
• Ensuring loads are checked and prepared for transport
• Maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness standards

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or production environment
• Current and valid Forklift Licence
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
• Ability to follow site policies and operating procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
