Job summary

Programmed currently seeks a warehouse operator in Western Australia to join a day shift from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The role combines forklift operation with pick packing, RF scanning and dispatch preparation, with duties spanning inventory control and general warehouse housekeeping.

The successful candidate will hold an LF Forklift Licence and bring reach forklift experience, RF scanner proficiency, and a reliable transport solution.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence required.
• Reach forklift experience up to 10 metres high.
• Warehouse experience including pick packing, dispatch and inventory control.
• RF scanner experience.
• Physically able to perform repetitive manual handling.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Clamp forklift experience is highly desirable and training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers.
• Operate LF forklift to move products.
• RF scan and pick pack customer orders.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and assist inventory control.
• Perform repetitive manual handling.
• Push and move heavy items safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace; clamp attachment usage.

Job description

This role located in Wattle Grove offers a great mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties, with opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers.
• Operating an LF forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
• RF scanning and pick packing customer orders.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and assisting with inventory management.
• Manual handling and repetitive lifting as required.
• Pushing and moving heavy items safely.
• General warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Using a clamp attachment on the forklift (experience preferred but not essential).

Requirements

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous reach forklift experience (up to 10 metres high).
• Warehouse experience including pick packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• RF scanner (RF gun) experience.
• Physically capable of repetitive manual handling.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Good communication skills.
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday.
• Clamp forklift experience is highly desirable, but training may be provided for the right candidate.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Day Shift: $36.29 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
