Job summary

ResourceCo is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for our Hemmant facility. You will safely move, load, unload and stack materials across the plant and warehouse, conducting pre-start checks and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety. Experience in recycling or waste management and any higher-risk tickets are desirable assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (mandatory).
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, industrial, recycling or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Previous experience in recycling or waste management is desirable.
• Excavator or other High‑Risk Work Tickets are desirable but not essential.
