Job summary

Cleanaway in Albany, WA is seeking a casual Forklift Operator for our materials recycling facility. You’ll operate forklifts and recycling machinery, move materials safely, and support the team with general labour tasks.

The role requires a Forklift Licence (LF), a safety-minded approach, and a willingness to work hands-on with heavy machinery. Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening may be required.

Join our team at our materials recycling facility in Albany as a Casual Forklift Operator.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate forklifts and recycling machinery, move materials safely and efficiently, and support the wider team with general labouring and manual handling tasks.

About You

• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Reliable, safety-focused and willing to get hands-on
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience in waste, recycling, mining or a similar environment is highly regarded
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and high-risk equipment
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
