Job summary

ResourceCo Tyrecycle is seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join the Redbank Plains team. You will work with state-of-the-art tyre recycling machinery in a safety-focused environment.

Join a leading Australian tyre recycler and contribute to sustainable, circular economy initiatives while gaining hands-on experience operating various mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating tyre recycling machinery is desirable.
• Ability to perform daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
• Comfort with monitoring and reporting faults on production line.

Responsibilities

• Sort tyres and recyclable materials to specifications.
• Operate mobile plant including forklift and bobcat.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Operate fixed plant (shredder) when required.
• Load and unload materials and containers.
• Maintain production standards and meet processing targets.
• Monitor machinery and report faults.
• Undertake admin/weighbridge tasks as required.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join our Redbank Plains team. This hands-on role offers the chance to work across a range of state-of-the-
art tyre recycling machinery in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

Sort tyres and recyclable materials to required specifications

Operate a variety of mobile plant including forklift and bobcat

Conduct daily pre-starts

Operate fixed plant (shredder)

Load and unload materials and containers

Maintain production standards and meet processing targets

Monitor machinery, report faults, and complete basic maintenance

Undertake admin/weighbridge tasks as required
