Job summary

ResourceCo is seeking an Operations Controller to join our high-energy Operations team in Australia, coordinating subcontractor logistics and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will schedule trucks across multiple jobs, build strong contractor relationships, and support NHVR and Chain of Responsibility compliance using our internal systems. Tailored training and development opportunities are provided to help you grow within our sustainable, innovative business.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor trucks across multiple jobs

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (transport, civil, or earthmoving preferred)
• Understand fatigue management (highly regarded)
• Work collaboratively across teams
• Have excellent communication skills and leadership potential
• Have agood work ethic and effective time management in an environment that has competing priorities
• Are flexible with your work times e.g.6 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 6 pm, 7 am to 4 pm - with availability for monthly Saturday morning work (paid in addition to your salary)
