Job summary

RCPA is proud to offer a stable role in Kilmore for a Manufacturing Labourer to join our hands-on production team.

You will help manufacture steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes, operate forklifts, support mould preparation and finish processes, while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. This position suits someone with manufacturing experience who wants long-term career growth, OT opportunities, and a supportive, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, labouring or production environments.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes and related products.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods safely.
• Prepare moulds and production equipment.
• Assist with concrete production and finishing processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to hit daily targets.
