Job summary

RCPA Holdings in Thornton, NSW is seeking Manufacturing Operators for stable, long-term work in our heavy industrial production facility. You will operate within a safety-first team and contribute to the creation of concrete pipe products.

You will receive structured training and development, with opportunities to progress your hourly rate through internal programs and supportive supervision from experienced colleagues.

• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete preferred and a strong willingness to learn.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.

About the Role

Whether you already have experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete and are keen to learn and build a new skillset, RCPA provides structured training and development to support your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of a supportive, safety-focused production team involved in the manufacture of steel-reinforced concrete pipes. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow your skills and earnings over time.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete (preferred), and a strong willingness to learn
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when required
• Reliability and punctuality across all rostered shifts
• You must be flexible to work across different roster patterns, including overtime when required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
