Job summary

Workforce International is seeking General Labourers with a valid fork license to join our Kilmore team on a casual basis with ongoing opportunities. The role involves supporting production operations in a busy manufacturing setting, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will perform general labour tasks, assist in precast concrete product manufacture, maintain clean work areas, and operate hand and power tools as required. Availability for every second Saturday is essential.

Qualifications

• LF license is highly regarded.
• Experience in manufacturing or labouring is preferred.
• Must be available every second Saturday.
• Reliable transport to Kilmore.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• General manual labour and production support.
• Assisting with the manufacture of precast concrete products.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas.
• Operating hand and power tools where required.
• Following safe work procedures and quality standards.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Operate forklift as needed (approx. 5% of duties).
