RCPA is proud to offer a stable role in Kilmore for a Manufacturing Labourer to join our hands-on production team.

You will help manufacture steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes, operate forklifts, support mould preparation and finish processes, while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, labouring or production environments.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes and related products.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods safely.
• Prepare moulds and production equipment.
• Assist with concrete production and finishing processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to hit daily targets.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Labourer, you'll be part of a hands-on production team manufacturing steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll assist with production activities, material handling, quality requirements and forklift operations while contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in manufacturing, labouring, construction or production environments who is looking for stable employment and the opportunity to grow their skills and career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manufacturing steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes and associated products
• Operating forklifts to move materials and finished products safely and efficiently
• Preparing moulds and production equipment
• Assisting with concrete production and finishing processes
• Following production schedules and quality standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Working collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
