Job summary

RCPA Holdings in Melton is seeking Manufacturing Operator candidates for stable, long-term roles within a safety-focused production team. This hands-on position offers structured training and opportunities to grow your skills and earnings over time.

You will work on the manufacture of steel-reinforced concrete pipes, with overtime when required and a pathway to increase hourly rate through internal programs. RCPA supports your development in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

Whether you already have experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete and are keen to learn and build a new skillset, RCPA provides structured training and development to support your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of a supportive, safety-focused production team involved in the manufacture of steel-reinforced concrete pipes. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow your skills and earnings over time.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete (preferred), and a strong willingness to learn
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when required
• Reliability and punctuality across all rostered shifts
• You must be flexible to work across different roster patterns, including overtime when required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
• Sound verbal and written communication skills

Licences & Tickets

• Forklift Licence – advantageous
• Driver’s Licence – required
