Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support professional in Sydney to assist clients of a forex broker. The role involves handling live chat, email and phone queries, processing deposits/withdrawals, and following account opening processes.

The ideal candidate will have a polished phone manner, strong written and verbal skills, and a background in trading or forex. Training will be provided, and the position operates on a shifting schedule in a fast‑growing financial services

Responsibilities as a friendly customer support!

• This is a shifting schedule position, you must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Following our account opening processes.
• Processing clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure that they are made and received in a timely manner.
• Manage the answering of customer support queries on the website's live chat, email and the phone.
• Answering any inbound phone calls and directing the query correctly.
• Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
• We want a driven, personable applicant who understands forex, looking to get their start with a reputable broker or simply trying to avoid the 9-5.
