Job summary

Waratah in Australia is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to blend field customer engagement with forestry technology systems, including simulators, connectivity, and data management.

Based in Melton, you will travel regionally to support contractors and dealers, deliver training, drive adoption of connected solutions, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or service operations within forestry or heavy equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Australia and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for forestry equipment and digital solutions.
• Deliver simulator training and onboarding for customers and dealers.
• Support connectivity, telematics, and data solutions across Australia and APAC.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
