Job summary

ADB Constructions is seeking a QBCC Licensed Supervisor to oversee strata insurance repair projects in Brisbane and Gold Coast. You will coordinate trades, liaise with clients and insurers, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to high standards.

You will lead on-site teams, manage safety and quality, review variations and completion reports, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

• QBCC Licence required and current supervisor status.
• Experience in insurance building/restoration projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and insurance repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple insurance building projects from start to finish.
• Supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers on-site.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal teams for clear communication.
• Perform site inspections and monitor progress against plans.
• Prepare scopes of work, variations and completion reports.
• Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

ADB Constructionsis seeking an experienced QBCC Licenced and motivated Supervisor to join our dynamic insurance building team. We currently have opportunities available in Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.

About the Role

As a supervisor, you’ll oversee Strata insurance repair projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll coordinate trades, liaise with clients and insurers, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple insurance building projects simultaneously
• Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on‑site from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, insurance assessors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and review project documentation, including scopes of work, variations, and completion reports
• Resolve issues promptly and elevate as needed to keep projects on track

About You

• Current QBCC Licenced Supervisor. Previous experience in insurance building field
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Sound knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and insurance repair processes
• Proficient with utilising current technology (e.g., tablets, apps, MS Office, Prime Ecosystem)
• Current driver’s licence and White Card
