Job summary

ABC Group in Queensland is seeking a Residential Supervisor to manage a portfolio of building repair projects across the region. If you are looking to transition off the tools, conduct assessments and coordinate trades, this role is ideal.

You will lead onsite meetings, prepare quotes, schedule works, report progress to homeowners and insurers, and ensure safety and quality standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-trade construction sites is essential.
• Intermediate computer literacy; familiarity with estimating/project management software is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Onsite meetings with clients to assess, report and quote repairs and establish scope of works.
• Liaise with trades, allocate and schedule works across the portfolio.

We are currently looking for a Residential Supervisor to join our team and be responsible for managing a portfolio of building repair projects across QLD. If you are looking to transition off the tools, conduct assessments and organise trades, this will be the perfect fit for you!

About the Role

As a Supervisor at ABC Group, your project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):

• Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
• Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
• Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
• Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards

To ensure your success you will possess the following:

• Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites is a bonus!
• Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
