Job summary

Queensland All Trades is seeking a full-time Building Supervisor to join our Brisbane team. The ideal candidate has a QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or working toward it), recent domestic renovation experience, and solid understanding of NCC and trade compliance.

A valid driver’s licence, strong communication, and MS Office skills are required. On-site supervision with occasional regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor's licence (or working towards).
• Recent experience in domestic renovations.
• Good understanding of NCC, QBCC, and trade compliance.
• Current driver's licence and good driving history.
• Must be able to communicate effectively – both written and verbally.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to obtain a child safety blue card and complete a police history check prior to commencing full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out property inspections and compiling detailed causation reports.
• Estimating residential building repairs/renovations.
• Liaising with home owners, insurance companies, and loss adjusters.
• Supervising projects/repairs (on and off site).
• Possible travel to assist in our other regional QLD offices.

With a dynamic team of highly skilled individuals and a strong background in construction and administration, we are currently seeking a Building Supervisor to join our Brisbane team.

We are looking for an experienced, full-time residential building supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor's licence (or working towards)
• Recent experience in domestic renovations.
• Good understanding of NCC, QBCC, and trade compliance.

Work you will undertake in this role includes:

We deliver emergency services to our customers, and when a job needs doing, regardless of the time of day, we get the job done. You will therefore be on call for the duration of a week, once every 6-8 weeks, for which you will be remunerated on top of your salary.
