Job summary

One Solution Building Services is seeking an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to lead repair projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will oversee assessments, planning, budgeting and on-site delivery to ensure quality repairs meet client expectations.

Ideally you bring QBCC Supervisor Licence, strong construction knowledge and outstanding communication skills. You will coordinate crews, manage timelines and maintain safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• QBCC Supervisor Licence or eligibility to obtain.
• Valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
• Strong construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience using computer-based project management systems.
• Willingness to travel for emergency responses.

You'll be the driving force behind quality insurance repairs, managing projects from assessment through to completion. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure clients and customers receive exceptional service while coordinating teams, budgets and timelines to deliver results that exceed expectations.

The Work

• QBCC Supervisor Licence, or eligibility to obtain
