Queensland All Trades is seeking a professional Building Supervisor to lead residential repairs for our Brisbane team. The role requires a QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or progress toward it), experience with domestic renovations, and strong NCC/QBCC knowledge. A driver’s licence and blue card are essential.

You will oversee inspections, estimates, and coordination with homeowners and insurers, with potential travel to regional offices. A supportive team environment is provided.

Competenze

• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor's licence or be actively working towards it.
• Recent experience in domestic renovations.
• Strong understanding of NCC and QBCC requirements and trade compliance.
• Current driver's licence and clean driving history.
• Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Willing to obtain a child safety blue card and pass police history checks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

With a dynamic team of highly skilled individuals and a strong background in construction and administration, we are currently seeking a Building Supervisor to join our Brisbane team.

We are looking for an experienced, full-time residential building supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor's licence (or working towards)
• Recent experience in domestic renovations.
• Good understanding of NCC, QBCC, and trade compliance.
• Current driver's licence and good driving history.
• A positive and friendly "can do" approach to life and work.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate energy and a willingness to learn.
• Extremely reliable and dependable.
• Well-presented with a keen eye for detail.
• Must be able to communicate effectively – both written and verbally.
• Must be willing to obtain a child safety blue card and complete a police history check prior to commencing full-time employment.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
• Most importantly, you must have common sense and good judgement. Safety, customer service, technology, and quality are critical to the role; the right applicant will

Work you will undertake in this role includes:

We deliver emergency services to our customers, and when a job needs doing, regardless of the time of day, we get the job done. You will therefore be on call for the duration of a week, once every 6-8 weeks, for which you will be remunerated on top of your salary.
