Qualifications

• Reading plans, specs and technical documentation.
• Budgeting, cost control and resource planning experience.

They're a highly regarded residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney. Their portfolio includes high-end renovations, extensions and custom-built homes, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional project delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership role offering a competitive salary of AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 per annum. The successful candidate will take charge of day‑to‑day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Preferred Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
