Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead luxury residential projects in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and ensure workmanship meets high standards on projects up to $3M.

Hands-on leadership is required, with responsibility for safety, schedules and on-site team performance. The role offers a competitive salary up to $125,000 plus super and long-term project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Foreman or Working Foreman.
• Proven experience delivering luxury/high-end residential projects.
• Experience on projects valued up to $3M.
• Strong leadership of subcontractors and carpenters.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Working Foreman - Luxury Residential Construction Eastern Suburbs | Projects up to $3M | $125K+ Super
We are looking for an experienced Working Foremanto join our team and take a hands-on leadership role across a range of high-end residential projects in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
Our projects are valued up to $3 million, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and delivering luxury residential builds to a high standard.
The Role As Working Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your projects, coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to program.
You will be working hands-on where required while leading a team of subcontractors and carpenterson site.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, carpenters and trades
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Coordinate trades and ensure projects remain on schedule
• Read and interpret plans, specifications and construction documentation
• Manage site materials, deliveries and logistics
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised site
• Liaise with project managers, clients, architects and consultants
• Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Assist with programming and planning upcoming works

About You We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience as a Foreman or Working Foreman

• Has experience working on projects valued up to $3M
• Can confidently run and coordinate a team of subcontractors and carpenters
• Has strong knowledge of residential construction from start to finish
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and presentation
• Is organised, reliable and proactive
• Can communicate effectively with trades, management and clients
• Has a strong understanding of site safety and construction requirements
• Is comfortable being hands-on and leading from the front
