Job summary

InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a full time Food & Beverage Teamleader to support our Restaurants & Bars, including Breakfast, Heno & Rey, and Gallery Meeting Suites. You will lead the day-to-day service, coach staff, and uphold our brand standards with a hands-on approach.

Reporting to the F&B Manager and Duty Managers, you will drive guest satisfaction, train and supervise the team, and leverage product knowledge to upsell food and beverages.

Qualifications

• 1+ years proven experience in motivating and leading a team in a busy venue.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Eye for detail and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support wider team success.
• Flexible availability – early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and ensure seamless service delivery.

InterContinental Perth City Centre features renowned restaurants - Heno & Rey and Ascua, and the refinedGallery Meeting Suites.

We are currently seeking a full timeTeam Leaderto join our Restaurants & Bars team. This role willprovide support across Breakfast, Heno and Rey, and Gallery Meeting Suites as needed.

Your day to day

Working alongside the hotels Food and Beverage Manager and Duty Managers, theTeamleaderwill enthusiastically demonstratetheirdedicationto deliveringInspire Incredible with eachguest and colleague interaction.

As a member of our Restaurants & BarsLeadership Team you will be responsible for the day to day operation and seamless service delivery. With a passionate and hands-onapproach from this role,this will include; aligningwith our brand standards and sophisticated service culture,training, supervising and inspiring others and using strong product knowledge tosella wide variety of beverages and food.

A candidate must also...

• Have the legal right to work in Australia, full time hours, without limitation or restrictions.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and Food Safety Certification.
