West HQ is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader for our Events team in Sydney. The role focuses on leading service, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of operation.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months in events/Functions, strong organizational skills, and a passion for food and beverage. RSA current, weekend availability, and proficiency in Office applications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in an Events/Functions role providing exceptional food and beverage service.
• Flexible, enthusiastic attitude working within a team.
• RSA certification current.
• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.

• Previous experience with Opera
• Ability to work flexibly with scheduled weekends and holidays
