West HQ in Sydney, Australia is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our growing hospitality team. You will lead and train a dedicated crew across outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service while monitoring daily operations and controlling wage costs and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

A little about the opportunity..

Team Leaders will assist Food & Beverage Operations Managers to lead and train a passionate team in all areas of food & beverage operations and provide the highest level of customer service. You will also be tasked with driving and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and overseeing daily operations whilst assisting in the management of wage costs, revenue and profitability of the various F&B outlets. You will be required to support the teams throughout the different outlets and plan, organise, schedule and allocate tasks and activities on a daily basis.
