Dizzy Bird is a new vintage-diner style restaurant opening soon in Sydney. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure every meal is a standout experience.

Position Summary:

• Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guest's and exceeding their expectations

• Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to ourteam

• Assist with the bar related tasks if required

• Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience

• Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
