Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Sydney is hiring a Food and Beverage Team Leader for our Dizzy Bird venue in Chippendale. The role focuses on leading service during busy periods, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding brand standards with energy and a smile.

You will mentor staff, assist with bar tasks, keep the floor stocked and clean, and foster guest relationships to drive repeat bookings. RSA certification, Australian work rights, and prior leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required for service in Australia.
• Experience in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Working rights in Australia must be current.
• Enthusiastic to advance career within a fast-paced team.
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guest's and exceeding their expectations
• Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to ourteam
• Assist with the bar related tasks if required
• Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience
• Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
