Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking a Client Floor Supervisor for a leading corporate client in Sydney’s CBD. The role is a Monday to Friday, hands-on position requiring F&B experience and strong front-of-house service skills.

You will supervise daily service, work with a supportive team, and have access to training to grow your hospitality career. RSA certification is preferred, and flexible shifts may be required to cover early, day, and evening periods.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage or catering experience is essential.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain, a current RSA.
• You can supervise daily food and beverage service and stay calm during busy periods.

We are all about the delivery of class-leading experiences for our client, their employees, and guests. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Floor Supervisor at one of our leading corporate clients. Based within the CBD, this is a Monday to Friday position.

If you enjoy providing friendly, professional service, working as part of a supportive team, and interacting with people, then we would love to hear from you. Your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important to us. Previous food and beverage or catering experience is essential, and this role may be the perfect next step from a Food & Beverage Attendant or Team Lead position as you continue to build your hospitality career. You will also have access to training and support to help you grow your skills and confidence in the role.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys a steady, hands-on position in a fast-paced corporate environment. You'll need to be flexible and available to work across early, day, and evening shifts, Monday to Friday.
