Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Full-time Corporate Food and Beverage Supervisor based in Sydney. You will lead F&B operations in a premium environment, manage rostering and guest services, and coordinate with housekeeping and night concierge teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on high standards, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. RSA and Food Safety certifications are preferred, with eligibility for visa/work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory/leadership experience in hospitality
• RSA and Food Safety certifications or ability to obtain
• National Police Check or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage in a premium service environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Food & Beverage operations and demonstrate exceptional service standards
• Set up boardrooms and oversee Boardroom and Café operations
• Provide people leadership, guest service, administration and operational management
• Respond promptly to queries and ensure smooth operations
• Be flexible with shifting priorities and take on additional duties as required
