Job summary

Ibis Styles Mount Isa is seeking a hands-on Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to lead service, coordinate dining and events, and guide the team through busy periods with clear direction. You will work closely with the kitchen to pace service, communicate dietary requirements, and manage guest inquiries with care.

This role also involves training staff, overseeing opening and closing procedures, and upholding food safety and responsible service of alcohol standards in a vibrant hotel setting.
