Oaks Port Douglas Resort in Port Douglas, Australia, seeks a proactive Food & Beverage Manager to lead a small team across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will manage daily service, mentor staff, ensure RSA compliance, rostering, stock control and service improvements, while delivering outstanding guest service with a professional presence.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a hospitality team.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Warm, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service consistently.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the F&B team to ensure professional, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Assist with taking guest orders accurately and accommodating preferences.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and confidently recommend options.
• Oversee serving of food and beverages and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Coach and mentor team members with guidance, training as required.
• Assist with rostering, shift coordination, and workflow planning.
• Ensure RSA, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Support management with reporting, stock management, and service improvements.
