Responsibilities include menu planning with the head chef, revenue and cost control, budgeting, events, reservations, staff supervision and training, and maintaining WHS standards.

Formación

• AQF Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent, or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Demonstrated work ethic and resilience under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.
• Ability to lead and train staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar and events.
• Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef.
• Develop strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Control budgets and inventory to manage costs.
• Plan and organize functions and events; manage reservations.
• Oversee purchasing, budgeting and stock control.
• Supervise and manage staff; ensure WHS and regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff training and development.
