Job description

Join the dynamic team as the Food & Beverage Manager. This exciting, full-time role is based in Fullarton, South Australia, You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the restaurant in the delivery of high-quality service, food and beverages to customers.

Your role will include;
To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:

Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and conference facilities.

Menu planning with the head chef

Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability

Manage budgets and inventory to control costs

• Planning and organizing functions and events
• Customer service including reservation management
• Purchasing, managing budget and stock control
• Supervision and management of staff
• Ensuring Workplace, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance at all times
• Provide staff training

• AQF Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent or a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

In return, we offer a full time position with a salary range of $79,500 - $85,000 per annum + superannuation.
